1. Pictomoney has a Zero Tolerance for Spam. Any Member violating this will automatically be terminated from our company.
2. Pictomoney encourages members to send out our web site address www.pictomoney.com in any form of public marketing campaign such as e-mail, from your own list that you personally developed see www.constantcontact.com for a good way to build a mailing list. Also, post cards or letters, phone, newspaper and print ads, TV ads and ALL other sources of advertising including message boards and search engines. Pictomoney is a positive activity and members must refer people correctly. Violation of this policy will result in automatic termination from our club. So, no spam, no bulk emails unless it’s your personal list and no fax blasts.
3. No public meetings using Pictomoney as the topic of the meeting. Violation of this will result in automatic termination. However networking at a meeting or function by giving a business card or referring someone to your Pictomoney website is fine.
4. Any ad used must have the company name Pictomoney and your phone number and website address with your www.pictomoney.com/ --------- member id on it.
5. Members cannot give tax or legal advice in accordance to Pictomoney. Refer questions to our Contact Us Comment Section.
6. Members cannot falsely misrepresent the Pictomoney company. Refer your questions to the Contact Us Comment Section.
SPAM POLICY
Pictomoney has a ZERO TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY, which means that spam activity of ANY kind by any member will result in Immediate Termination including All rights therein. Spam consists of advertising of services and goods by email to anyone without specific prior request or in the absence of a previously established relationship. Messages sent to unknown parties for the purpose of creating a request shall also be deemed as spam, even if specific services or goods are not mentioned. Also considered spam are any messages posted to message boards or usernet groups that are not related to their discussions. when communicating with others, it is VERY IMPORTANT that the appropriate terminology be used in order to maintain the ethics of this private activity.
